I've sold 2 cars to this company, faz has come both times, honestly couldn't have asked for better transactions, couple of issues first time round - faz replied every time, promptly with a guidance (as the issues weren't his fault they where mine!) and he was still professional and didn't have to help me but he did! Tim was brilliant Start to finish. Considering the distance we had to travel ( our choice ) it was worth it, remotely done the paperwork prepared as agreed ( 2 keys always a bonus with used cars ) collected and back home all in one afternoon

It is difficult to succinctly express just how much of a pleasure it was to deal with A6 Motors and in particular, my salesman, David. Never before have I come across anyone so attentive and professional. The entire transaction (despite being somewhat rushed from my end), was the smoothest I've ever experienced and I could not fault the level of service provided by A6, even if I wanted to. It's going to be a while until I want to get rid of my superb new vehicle, but trust me - I will be back.

So pleased with the service from this place. Drove a long distance to come and pick up a Q3 however it was sold by the time we reached, so we had a look around the forecourt and was shocked at the cars they had! Can't give A6 motors anything less than 5 stars. On First inquiry they sent out detailed pictures and videos of the vehicle. On visit they pointed out flaws that didn't show in pictures so there would be no surprises. After sale I received a call to check up if everything is going well with the car.

This is the second car I have purchased from these guys, Very friendly and approachable and good customer care, The Audi I wanted to purchase had some marks down the side of it when I went to view, they said these would be dealt with and straight away the car was taken to the bodyshop and it has come back good as new. Excellent selection of cars, greeted with a friendly and welcoming staff. A slight issue with the car showed itself after 2 weeks phoned up and the car was booked in and parts replaced the next day. I personally dealt with Riz from start to finish. 👍👍 I have posted this review as the 1 star reviews don't do this place justice. This is my person opinion. Will definitely use A6 motors again if they have what I'm looking for. 👀

I would recomend A6 Motors! Saw a couple of cars online and went down to have a look. My salesman (who I'm not allowed to name) was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy. The test drives were great - long enough to properly try out the vehicles. When I had decided (great choice!) the whole process only took an hour.
